Some time ago we were invited to photograph a wedding for Emma and Eoin, it was a great day and photographing couples like them is always a pleasure. We had so much fun on this wedding and produced some beautiful images.  It was a very relaxed day with the wedding taking place in Foxrock, Dublin. The time has come to share this with you. Congratulations one more time from BigSmokeStudio.

Here is the thing! Due to lack of time and motivation what better thing to do in order to organise yourself even more, than to start something fresh and more time consuming.

We’ve decided to start this project to mobilise our forces in creating something new. The website is www.365.bigsmokestudio.com. The idea is to post one photo each, every day for the coming 365 days making this rather 730 project. We had a long talk about the subjects and specific ideas on the shots and believe that by selecting different day of the week with different topic would be the best at this stage. This gives us a chance to improve our photography skills in different areas and hopefully will also allow the project to be more interesting to shoot and to view.

The subjects are:

MONDAY: Portrait
TUESDAY: Commercial/Product
WEDNESDAY: Be creative
THURSDAY: Night photography
FRIDAY: PhotoDesign
SATURDAY: Street
SUNDAY: Landscape

We didn’t want to ‘announce’ this on here as we didn’t really know what will come out of it and if we’d be able to stick to it enough, but we do, so we share.
